Adulthood
Adulthood is a time of transformation on multiple fronts: building career, forming sustainable relationships, making lifestyle choices, and at times entering into a new family and creating one's own. I offer support and guidance to empower adults to effectively cope with life changes, improve mood, and move toward their personal and professional goals.
Parenting
Parenting can be hard! You need a driver's license to drive but there's no clear manual to be a parent. With conflicting information at our finger tips and competing needs, knowing what's right for you and your family can result in stress and burn-out. I can help you find your authentic voice, decrease parenting stress, and move towards healthier relationship patterns with your loved ones whether that be your children and/or your spouse.
Adolescence
Adolescence is a time of tremendous growth. I specialize in addressing the mental health needs of adolescents so that they can increase self-esteem, learn effective coping strategies to manage the ups and downs of life, and get the extra professional support to grow and flourish.
