Dr. Lily Warner; Psy.D., MPS; Founder, Licensed Psychologist

Life can be challenging! As a human, I can relate, and as a professional, I'm here to help.

On a professional note,

with 16+ years of clinical experience: Doctorate in Psychology, Master’s in Art Therapy, advanced postgraduate training; clinical research coordination at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, inpatient psychiatry at Montefiore; supervision of 20+ clinicians/interns; and presenting internationally, rest assured that you’re in good hands.

On a personal note,

I’m a native New Yorker who knows firsthand the pressures of the private school system. I spent several years outside the city exploring new cultures and ways of life—from Colorado, Australia, France and beyond—before returning to New York to pursue a career in the mental health field. I’ve always been curious about people and what shapes us. Over time, my path has moved from the fine arts to the healing arts and into scientific inquiry, with each stage informing how I show up in my work today. I draw on these experiences to support you with empathy, insight, and care.

You shouldn’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Now you don’t have to.

Elizabeth Crystal, MHC-LP

Elizabeth “Libby” Crystal, MHC-LP Mental Health Counselor Associate

I am a MHC-LP based in New York City. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, family and relationship concerns, and identity exploration, with a particular interest in men's mental health.

I provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ informed therapy that helps clients deepen self-understanding, build on their strengths, and create lives that feel more authentic and aligned with their values.

On a professional note,

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than fifteen years working at the intersection of psychology, medicine, and science. Although my work looked very different then, I was always drawn to the human side of it—the relationships, the stories, and the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. As a therapist, I combine this broader life experience with my clinical training to offer a thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative approach.

On a personal note,

Originally from the West Coast, I've lived in many different parts of the country. Each move has taught me something new; not only about different perspectives and ways of life, but also about what it means to begin again. I know firsthand the challenges of building community, finding a sense of belonging, and creating a home in an unfamiliar place.

I enjoy creative pursuits and lifelong learning, and I'm endlessly curious about what shapes people's lives and experiences. Whether faith, spirituality, or secular values are important parts of your life - or not at all - you'll find an open, respectful space in our work together. I have a deep appreciation for the ways loss, change, and transition can reshape our lives, and I believe those experiences deserve compassion, patience, and care.
