Life can be challenging! As a human, I can relate, and as a professional, I'm here to help.

With 16+ years of clinical experience: Doctorate in Psychology, Master’s in Art Therapy, advanced postgraduate training; clinical research at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell; inpatient psychiatry at Montefiore; supervision of 20+ clinicians and interns; and teaching/presenting internationally, you’re in good hands.

  • We accept Aetna, otherwise are considered an out of network provider and will work with you to help you navigate your out-of-network benefits.

To find out what your plan covers, here are some questions to ask your insurance provider about out-of-network mental health benefits:

    • What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of that deductible have I already met?

    • What is the coverage period for my current plan (e.g., calendar year or policy year)?

    • Once my deductible is met, what percentage of each session for CPT code 90837 is reimbursed?

We will provide you with a detailed superbill that includes all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider.

  • Collaborative, honest, and goal-focused. Want to know more? Check out my testimonials here.
