Meet The Team
Dr. Lily Warner, Psy.D., LCAT
Founder & Clinical Director, Licensed Psychologist & Art Therapist
Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a native New Yorker, I understand firsthand the unique pressures of our environment. My journey has taken me from the fine arts to the healing arts and into scientific inquiry—a path that shapes the empathy, insight, and deep care I bring to every session.
With over 16 years of clinical experience, my background includes:
Advanced Education: Doctorate in Psychology and a Master’s in Art Therapy.
Clinical Research & Inpatient Care: Former Clinical Research Coordinator at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and clinician in inpatient psychiatry at Montefiore.
Leadership: Supervised over 20 clinicians and interns, and presented research internationally.
Before returning to New York to pursue mental health, I spent several years living in Colorado, California, Arizona, Australia, and France. Exploring these diverse cultures deepened my curiosity about what shapes us as human beings. Today, I draw on both my clinical expertise and global perspective to ensure you are in exceptionally safe, skilled hands.
Libby (Elizabeth) Crystal, MHC-LP
Associate Clinician, Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit
Life is full of transitions, but you do not have to navigate them alone. As a New York City-based Mental Health Counselor-LP, I provide a grounded, collaborative space to help you deepen self-understanding, build on your strengths, and create a life aligned with your true values.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, family and relationship concerns, and identity exploration, with a particular clinical interest in men's mental health. My practice is fully culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ informed. Whether faith, spirituality, or secular values are central to your life—or not at all—you will find an open, respectful, and safe space here.
My Background & Approach
A Rich Professional Foundation: Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of psychology, medicine, and science. This extensive history allows me to bring a mature, thoughtful, and deeply practical perspective to my clinical work.
A Grounded Perspective on Change: Originally from the West Coast, I have lived in many different parts of the country. Each move taught me firsthand the challenges of beginning again, building community, and finding a sense of belonging in an unfamiliar place.
I have a deep appreciation for the ways loss and change can reshape our lives. I believe those experiences deserve compassion, patience, and care.
