ABOUT Lily Warner, PSY.D., MPS, LCAT, ATR-BC, Founder

With a Doctorate in Psychology and a Masters in Art Therapy, I receive great satisfaction helping children, adolescents, and adults improve mood and relationships so that they can experience more joy in their lives.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and other evidence based treatment to address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to life stressors (divorce, medical, school), ADHD, behavioral and/or relational problems.

I am a Psychologist and Nationally Board Certified (BC), Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and New York State Licensed Art Therapist (LCAT) with extensive experience supervising mental health practitioners and providing clinical treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience includes research at The Depression Evaluation Services, NY Presbyterian Hospital (named New York’s #1 Hospital in U.S. News & World Report’s "Best Hospitals" for the 17th Year in a Row), inpatient clinical treatment at Montefiore Medical Center (a teaching hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine), mental health clinics, and after school programs. I work primarily with adolescents and children in private and public schools and young women exploring next steps in careers and relationships.

Recently, I completed a research study on the effects of mindfulness app use to promote mindful parenting and decrease parenting stress, two key factors in improving the quality of parent-child relationships.

Everyone can benefit from mental health tools and unbiased support to cope with challenges from time to time. If you or your child would like to schedule an initial consultation, please feel free to call 719.648.6730.
